A standard business website takes 2–4 weeks from signed quote to launch, depending on how much content and how many revision rounds are needed. Custom systems and mobile apps take longer and are scoped individually.

Yes. Most projects are split into a deposit to begin work, a milestone payment during development, and a final payment before launch. We can discuss a structure that fits your budget cycle.

We accept EcoCash, bank transfer, and cash. For hosting and recurring services, we typically work with proof-of-payment confirmations via EcoCash or FBC.

Yes. Once final payment is made, you own the deliverable — source code, content, and design files — as agreed in your project contract.

Every project includes a post-launch support window (typically 30–90 days depending on package). After that, we offer ongoing support and maintenance retainers.

Yes, we regularly work within formal tender and procurement requirements for government bodies, schools and NGOs, including the documentation those processes require.

Both are possible. We offer our own reliable, locally supported hosting, but we can also deploy to a hosting provider of your choice if you already have one.

Minor changes within the support window are included. Beyond that, we quote small change requests individually or offer a monthly retainer for ongoing updates.
